Caution nowhere either here or on the website does it say that there is a short free trail and then you’ll be forced to subscribe or buy. It mentions in app purchase but that usually implies some additional functionality over a free base that you pay for. This is tbe worst kind of deceitful marketing. Shame on you developer. Please reward him by not downloading this app.

Are you sure you are reviewing the correct app? Trial is mentioned in the app description and during onboarding which you must have accepted. It follows patterns required by Apple to be able to offer a free, 7 day trial. That’s the only way I could offer users free of charge test experience. Please let me know if there is anything I could help you with or if you experience any issues or bugs. DigiDecoder is the best in class ham radio decoder on the AppStore and from my testing there is no other decoder which could compete with SSTV, Packet or FT8 decoding quality separately not to mention all of them combined in one product. It’s definitely worth to at least experience the free 7 days, no strings attached.
