On iPhones with Touch ID, it works with Touch ID. • Switch between accounts – Save up to 5 accounts on your iPhone and pick the one you want right from the login screen. • You're in control – Turn Face ID login on or off anytime from My Profile. Your login info is stored securely on your iPhone. • A simpler calendar – Events and In-house Meetings now show up together in one list. What's New • Filter documents by type: A new "Document types" filter in Documents lets you show only one kind of document, like contracts or certificates. It works in search, in folders and on each employee's documents. • Employees first: The Everyone view now opens on the Employees tab, and Folders is one tap away. • Former employees' documents: When you open a former employee's profile, their documents now show. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.

What's New Documents • Employee Documents is now a folder browser. Browse by folders or by employees, and use breadcrumbs to move between folders. Each folder shows how many items it holds. • My Documents now shows all your documents in one list. • You can download documents directly in the app. • You'll see a clear message when a document or video can't be opened. • When filling in forms, single-character boxes move to the next box as you type, and fields stop at their character limit. Calls • Start a one-to-one or group call from the new button on the Calls tab. • You'll hear a ringback tone while an outgoing call rings, and a tone while a call reconnects. • Group calls are more reliable. Time Off • Each status now shows how many unread requests it has, replacing the plain dot. Training • Training deadlines now show exactly how much time is left, so you can see what's due today at a glance. • Clearer status across your training — not started, in progress, overdue, and completed are easier to tell apart. • Your certificates now open directly in the app, and your certificate badge updates as soon as you finish a course. • Redesigned training stats with a cleaner, easier-to-read layout. Calendar • Fixed dates showing under the wrong day of the week in both weekly and monthly views. • Request Off now shows how many new time-off updates are waiting, with a separate count on each status — Pending, Approved, Rejected and Deferred — so you can go straight to what changed. Notifications • Unread counts no longer get cut off when the number runs into double digits.
