Meeting recording and processing improvements: • Process long recordings in smaller segments to reduce timeouts. • Resume interrupted processing from saved audio or a completed transcript. • Recover completed transcription after a connection drops. • Retry processing without getting stuck on a disabled button. • Keep the original meeting audio available for recovery and export. Includes clearer paused and retry states, plus updated App Store screenshots.

Fixes iPad navigation so Capture stays visible while you browse Work. Start a store visit, meeting, one-on-one or interview from Today, Locations, People and Records. The recording menu now clearly labels meetings and one-on-ones.

Your AI may change. Your context stays with you. • A Personal space for notes, people, plans and follow-ups, separate from Work. • Setup for managers running one store, alongside the existing multi-location experience. • A clearer AI Connections experience with provider setup guidance and current authorization status. Choose which supported assistants can access Work, Personal, or both. • New Siri and Shortcuts actions for saved store information, briefings and notes. • An always-visible Add action in Personal, including at larger text sizes. Supported AI providers and setup requirements vary. Connections use the records you save and authorize; private AI chats are not automatically imported. Pro is required for assisted workflows and AI connections.

Prepare for conversations and keep your follow-up moving. • Find Meeting Agenda directly in People. Add and edit topics anytime, without starting a recording. • Paste topics from notes or AI conversations, review them, and add them to your running agenda. • Choose agenda topics before recording a meeting and follow them during the conversation. • Fixes a freeze and crash when opening Add Meeting Topic. • A clearer People directory and Records library. • Simpler location setup and a new logo launch screen. • Improved account verification, password reset, purchase restoration, and recovery from microphone or saving problems. This update also improves cloud saving, deleted-location handling, and account deletion.

OperatorOS 4.0 introduces a calmer, clearer operating experience. Today now centers on one recommended next action, two useful shortcuts, and Capture—without a crowded dashboard. A new icon gives OperatorOS a more distinctive identity. Store briefs can be opened without starting a visit and now prioritize current Connected AI records. Store and people workflows better surface AI-written metrics, notes, and manager context, while stale information is labeled and kept from driving recommendations.

OperatorOS 3.7 makes the first session useful: choose the workflow you want to improve, add one real location and one real follow-up, then see your operating picture take shape. Pro purchase status is now verified across devices, the native subscription flow is clearer, product analytics can identify drop-off points, and Store, Watch, and customer-performance workflows include additional reliability fixes.

OperatorOS 3.6 adds durable Apple Watch capture and a structured review workflow. • Start meeting, store visit, or interview recordings from Apple Watch • Transfer recordings to the paired iPhone in the background, with retry support if interrupted • Process long recordings in reliable chunks while preserving audio until transcription succeeds • Create transcripts and structured summaries through the secure OperatorOS service • Review each Watch capture before classifying it as a meeting, 1:1, visit, interview, or reference • Choose the correct store, person, or interview role yourself—OperatorOS does not guess • Use Watch recording, transcription, and summaries with OperatorOS Pro • Improved interview recording reliability, Today actions, and manual metric cleanup Always obtain permission before recording a conversation.
