Your orbit now follows the sun. Everyone sits where their day is, with mornings rising on the left and evenings setting on the right, so you can see who's up at a glance. • Lil Orbie has moved in. Tap him for fun facts about your time differences, and spin your orbit to watch him hustle to the middle. • Wave good morning when someone wakes up. • While you slept now tells the story of people's trips. • A soft glow shows who has something new. • Slide along someone's day to find a time you're both up, then add it to your calendar. • Your orbit so far: the cities and distance you've covered. • A gentle look back at your week, on Sundays. • Plus tidier widgets, a friendlier invite and lots of small polish.

Adding friends is easier. • Connect with a code: show yours, scan theirs, or type it, all in one place • Invite from Contacts texts them your invite, and they link up with you automatically when they join • Adding someone by hand now explains what to expect • Fixed sharing your Orbit code so the whole invite link comes through

Your people, right where they are. • Every orb now shows the city that person is in, right on your orbit • Swipe left or right on someone's card to visit the next person • A gentle heads-up when someone you check on often is heading out of orbit for the night, so there's still time to say hi • Small fixes and polish

Distance orbited is here. • Distance orbited: Orbit now adds up every city you move between, like frequent flyer miles for your whole life. Watch your total climb from your first trip to once around the Earth and beyond. • Invite 3 friends before January 1, 2027 and Distance orbited is yours free, for life. • Tap your total to switch between km and mi. • Set your home city by searching for it • Lil Orbie now blinks and breathes, and waves on your widget when someone pings you • Fixed the Apple Watch detail screen getting cut off • Small fixes and polish

A whole new Orbit. • A fresh design where everyone glows in the colour of their sky • See the next time you're both awake on every card, in both your times • Families and cities: people in the same city gather into one glowing orb. Tap to see everyone inside. • Gentle notes when someone lands somewhere new, timed for their people's morning • A calm "While you slept" summary instead of overnight buzzing • Heads-up when someone's clocks change • New widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen, with each person's time and whether they're up • Cute emoji avatars, or pick your own • Invite links open straight to their code • Much lighter on battery, smoother everywhere, and lots of fixes Psst. Give your orbit a spin.
