Circles Health App is a wellbeing and peer-support app that combines a wellbeing assessment based on a well-established psychological scale, AI-guided coaching, and small private support circles in one place.
Start with a short wellbeing assessment based on the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale. Your results become your Wellbeing Score: a clear, plain-language snapshot of how you are doing right now that updates as you check in.
Every day, a quick mood and energy check-in takes under a minute and feeds directly into your Wellbeing Score, helping you see real patterns over time instead of guessing how you are doing.
When you want to talk, TARI is there: an AI coaching companion built around Trust, Awareness, Reflection, and Insight. Ask TARI about stress, sleep, motivation, anxious thoughts, or loneliness at any time, with no waiting room.
When you want people, not just AI, join a Circle: a small, private group of people navigating similar experiences, from anxiety and career pressure to everyday stress. Circles meet through live video Huddles and ongoing chat, so support does not stop after a single conversation. Every Circle is intentionally kept small, helping conversations remain personal instead of becoming another crowded feed.
Daily Affirmations across themes such as self-love, courage, career, and relationships help set the tone for your day. The Circles Learning library also provides short videos and guided activities you can complete at your own pace.
Your check-ins, Circles, and conversations with TARI are not posted publicly. Circles Health App is not a social network built around likes or comparison. It is a space built for honesty.
