The Tama Band
Worn day and night, the Tama Band quietly records activity, sleep, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and skin temperature. No buttons, no screen. It pairs with the app over Bluetooth and syncs in the background.
Change against their own normal
Daily and weekly summaries show how sleep, activity and heart rate compare with your parent's own usual pattern. Tama describes what changed; it doesn't diagnose or interpret. If something looks different, it may be worth a conversation with their GP.
Family sharing
Family members your parent chooses can see medication status and daily summaries, without group chats or phone tag. Your parent can see everything their family sees.
