It is a tracking app: you log your doses, how you feel, your meals and your weight, see your progress and arrive at your appointment with the data in hand. AdaptAI Fit does not sell, prescribe or recommend any medication; your doctor manages your treatment.
It also works without GLP-1: whether you want to lose weight or build muscle, the AI builds your plan and it adapts as you progress.
