This app has really helped me identify specific steps to meet my goals. It’s so easy to get distracted but when that reminder goes off, I’m focused! And oh the time I was wasting! Seeing my screen time and how much time I wasn’t using in my day towards my goals really put into perspective how much time I was wasting. I ended up removing apps that were just sucking the life from me. And I’ve even started completing my routines early because of the new habits I’ve developed. It’s exciting to set my intentions and actually follow through with them instead of getting lost in the “phone noise” that’s not getting me anywhere. I feel so much better and more confident in myself. I’m feeling more in control and liking these easy steps I’ve made for myself. I also love how adaptable it is. I’ve started with just two routines and building myself toward those. But I can already think of different ways I can use it in the future. Overall, this app has really helped reframe my day and use my time more wisely and that’s made a difference in my self esteem and my goals.

It’s straightforward, does exactly what is says it will do and gives you flexibility to set up your routines. I think this app is great for someone looking for a nudge in the right direction who doesn’t want to be collecting little virtual trinkets or something.
