Turn the dream you remember into a comic you can see, read and keep. Yula transforms your account of strange places, familiar faces and impossible moments into a short illustrated story, with artwork and narration for each panel. Your dream is the starting point; AI helps give it a visual form.
FROM A DREAM TO A STORY
Describe what happened, who was there, where you went and how it felt. Type your dream or use supported voice input to turn speech into editable text. Review your words before creating. Voice input depends on your device and language; it is not a stored audio recording.
CHOOSE HOW IT UNFOLDS
Select 3 or 4 panels, pick an art style and choose the story language. Add feelings such as peaceful, anxious, excited or confused to help shape the atmosphere. If you leave before generating, you can keep an unfinished draft on your device and return to it later.
TEN WAYS TO PICTURE YOUR DREAM
Choose from Classic Comic, Simple Sketch, 3D Cartoon, Manga/Anime, Dark Fantasy, Neon Dreams, Pop Art, Graphic Novel, Realism and Watercolor. A quiet memory can have a soft watercolor look; a surreal city can take on a neon mood. Premium styles require a subscription. AI artwork is an interpretation of your description and may differ from what you imagined.
READ YOUR DREAM IN PANELS
Follow the illustrated scenes with short written narration, open individual panels and revisit the original dream text alongside the finished comic. Yula creates a compact story from your memory, rather than promising a perfectly accurate reconstruction. There is no need to draw the scenes yourself.
EXPLORE POSSIBLE MEANINGS
Choose whether to include an AI interpretation. It can offer ideas about emotions, themes and symbols in the dream; a zodiac-inspired perspective can add a creative lens. Decide what resonates with your own experience. These suggestions are for personal reflection, not factual predictions, medical advice or a scientifically validated explanation of your mind.
BUILD A VISUAL DREAM JOURNAL
Return to your saved dream comics in one place. Browse the calendar, search titles and dream text, and filter saved items by style or feeling. A journaling streak helps you see days with saved dreams. Revisit an image, compare it with your original words or simply enjoy a story you might otherwise have forgotten. Yula does not measure your sleep or train lucid dreaming.
SAVE AND SHARE WHAT YOU CHOOSE
Save artwork to Photos or share a story layout, comic layout or individual panel through your device's sharing options. You can hide written dream text in share layouts. Review the artwork and layout before sharing: hiding text does not remove personal details that may appear in an image.
MAKE IT YOUR SPACE
Choose Light, Dark or System appearance. Language and regional options help you create and revisit stories in a language you use. Optional reminders can prompt you to return to your journal; delivery depends on device permissions and settings.
BEFORE YOU CREATE
Sign-in and an internet connection are required for AI features. The app asks before sending dream text and relevant context for AI processing using Google Gemini. See the Privacy Policy for processing, storage and account-deletion details.
Your first comic creation is free with a free style. A paid subscription provides additional generation credits and Premium styles. Plan allowances and localized prices appear before purchase; unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. AI generation can take time and may fail.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
