Tap it to open the list. Catching up on older cases? • Log a batch quickly and Anesto offers to set the date for all of them at once. Cases already on ACGME stay put, and Undo is one tap. One-tap lines • Logged a central or arterial line? One tap adds it to the case. Plan tomorrow, smarter • Say a block day ("interscalene ×3") and it's planned just like Block Day. • Named two attendings for one room? Anesto asks which one as you log each case. Works through bad Wi-Fi • A dictation that can't reach the server now waits and finishes once you're back online. Log a case without opening Anesto • Say "Hey Siri, log a case in Anesto," or tap the mic on the new Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. You can also put "Log a case" in Control Center or on the Action Button. Plan tomorrow tonight • Tap Plan tomorrow on the Log screen and say or type tomorrow's cases, room by room. Nothing becomes a case until you ink it the next day, with one tap. Your credentials, with reminders • Keep your licenses, DEA, ACLS/PALS and board certifications in one place, with a heads-up before they expire. Included with Pro for attendings and CRNAs, and free for residents and fellows. Smoother, faster logging • Swipe to delete is rebuilt to feel instant. • The quick-entry chips now confirm right where you tap, and a quick double tap logs just one case. • History filters combine with a date range, and search understands shorthand. For residents and fellows • Each case shows exactly what it still needs, and you can answer it right from the list: attending, site, age band or date. • If Anesto mishears an attending's name, it suggests the closest names on your list. Understands more of what you say • More procedures recognized, including many plastic surgery cases, and the lines and airways you mention are kept. Plus lots of small fixes, many from your feedback. Repeat your last case. On the Log tab, one tap starts a case with your last procedure, or one you do often. It fills in the name only, and you say the rest. ~ Residents and fellows: each case now shows which ACGME minimums it counts toward, right on its row. ~ Residents: your residency log as a free PDF, with your ACGME minimum counts and every case. It's on Progress, and in Account after you graduate. ~ Share Anesto with a colleague: a share button and a QR code on Progress or Stats. ~ Anesto now tells you when a new version is out, and shows what's new after you update. ~ Swiping a row in History closes the one that was already open. ~ Editing a case right after you log it no longer erases what Anesto filled in. ~ Better recognition of blocks and short voice notes. Plus more procedure names and small fixes.

Your ACGME totals, right in Anesto. Residents and CT fellows: tap 'Get my ACGME totals' on the Progress screen, and Anesto shows ACGME's numbers next to Anesto's. Fellows also see them in the fellowship report. ~ Deleted a case by mistake? Tap Undo, or bring it back from Recently Deleted (in Account) for 30 days. ~ Swipe-to-delete now works better and smoother. ~ Not sure which procedure you meant? Anesto asks instead of guessing. ~ CT fellows: dictate a TEE-only study ("I did a TEE for a CABG...") and Anesto asks "TEE study or case?" so it's logged the right way. ~ Clearer ACGME status: "On ACGME" when it's there, "Send" when it isn't. If a case can't be saved yet, Anesto tells you what's missing. ~ Using two phones? A case sent from one now shows as sent on the other. ~ CRNAs: "Your usual" puts your most-logged procedures one tap away. ~ Anesto learns each site's setting once, and a name you type is matched just like one you say. ~ Better blocks: a caudal counts as an epidural, and a block you didn't name stays a suggestion. ~ Backup runs quietly in the background. The big one: Anesto now sends your cases to ACGME. Right from your phone. No laptop, no browser extension, no retyping. Free for residents and fellows. ~ Connect your ACGME account once, then tap Send. Anesto fills in the form, submits it, and confirms it landed. ~ It only ever adds cases. It never edits or deletes anything on ACGME. ~ CT fellows: your cases and TEEs go to your fellowship log too. ~ Your cases now back up automatically, hospitals included. New phone? Sign in, and it's all there. ~ Anesto understands you better: ages, blocks, dates, redo cases, back-to-back cases said all at once. And it's much less likely to fill in things you didn't say. ~ On a pain rotation? Log your consults too. ~ A cleaner Log, History, and case screen. Today now shows every case you logged. Plus a pile of small fixes.

Added another >50 procedures, so Anesto now recognized >450 procedures. Made some improvements to the account screen, and other small under-the-hood changes to make the app work even better.

Finally starting to roll out fellow mode, starting with CT. Choose Fellow as your provider type and Anesto tracks your Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship - the ACGME minimums, a one-tap TEE log with the NBE counters, your pace to graduation, and a fellowship report with a draft NBE letter. Lots of under-the-hood improvements to parsing, dictation, categorization.

Hospital sites: tell Anesto where you work once, and we file each case under the appropriate site. Site detection from your location is now free for everyone. Cloud backup and sync are now included with every account. Residents and fellows (coming soon) get every feature at no charge. Anesto recognizes more procedures out of the box. Teach Anesto how you talk: we now keep what you type or say with each case for up to 12 months and use it to improve accuracy. More accurate ACGME progress statistics for residents, plus small fixes under the hood.

Your exported reports now come out with your name at the top - and your email address nowhere on them - ready to hand over as-is. Setup asks for your name up front. Skipped it before? Anesto asks once at your next export, then picks up right where you left off. Fixed a few tiny bugs and did some work for upcoming features under the hood.

Anesto now recognizes 300+ procedures and gets the details right the first time - the right anesthetic, airway, and monitoring - without you spelling them out. ~ Staffing logs correctly: say "supervising CRNAs" or "medically supervising" and the case records it. ~ State/type the ASA or the age once for a batch and it applies to every case in it. ~ New "How to dictate" guide - right under the mic, and on the 'Account' page. ~ Supervision options are now full-width and readable when you edit a case. Fixed some tiny bugs and made other small improvements under the hood.

The biggest Anesto update yet. - Cases save instantly - type or dictate, hit Log Case, done. Anesto fills in the details in the background. - Hospital sites, properly: every case records where it happened, switch sites in a tap, and correct the site on existing cases - and sites now appear on your exports. - CRNAs: pick how you practice - independent, medically directed, or supervised - once, and every case fills it in automatically. - Milestone moments for your first case, your 10th, your 50th. - Credentialing PDF, redesigned: every case you performed appears, records with gaps are clearly footnoted, and facility counts are accurate. - Your existing cases stay as they are - new completeness standards apply to new cases only. - Plus: change dates on saved cases, a refreshed design, and dozens of small improvements.
