Meet your spirit animal. One daily check-in, one small self-care act. Under 2 minutes a day. Less pressure, more you.
You know you should take better care of yourself. But between everything pulling at you — the notifications, the obligations, the people who need you — it just doesn't happen.
Most wellness apps don't help. They feel like productivity tools in disguise: streaks, logs, checkboxes. You miss a day and you feel worse than before you even downloaded them.
Pourly is different.
Meet your spirit animal — a plush companion who lives in your app and thrives when you do. Every day, you share how you're feeling, pick one small act of self-care, and go live your life. That's it. Less than 2 minutes.
Your companion notices. When you show up for yourself, they become more vibrant, more joyful, more alive. When life gets hard, they hold space without judgment — no guilt, no pressure, no streak to protect.
——— HOW IT WORKS ———
• 30-second mood check-in — tell your companion how today feels
• One personalised self-care suggestion matched to your mood and preferences
• Come back when you've done it — your spirit animal's energy will show the difference
• Gentle reminders at the time that works for you
• A safe space to vent when you need it — messages disappear, never stored anywhere
——— SIX SPIRIT ANIMALS, SIX PERSONALITIES ———
Choose the companion that feels like you:
Ember the Fox — for the hustler who forgets to breathe
Sage the Turtle — for the overthinker who needs to slow down
Coco the Bear — for the nurturer who pours into everyone else
Sunny the Giraffe — for the optimist riding the ups and downs
Blaze the Tiger — for the achiever who needs permission to rest
Luna the Bunny — for the feeler who feels everything deeply
Your spirit animal even updates your home screen icon the moment you choose them. Because they're yours.
——— NO STREAKS. NO GUILT. NO PRESSURE. ———
Pourly is built on a simple belief: you can't pour into others from an empty cup. The daily experience is designed to take under 2 minutes — then actively encourages you to close the app and go live your life.
No leaderboards. No daily challenges. No shame if you miss a day. Just a warm companion who's always happy to see you.
If you've ever burned out from a wellness app, you're finally ready for Pourly.
Start taking care of yourself.

This is **not a code fix** — it's purely an App Store Connect text edit. Here's exactly what to do:
---
**Go to App Store Connect → Your App → [Version] → App Information → Description**
Add this at the very bottom of your description (after the subscription line):
```
Terms of Use: https://[your-terms-url.com]
Privacy Policy: https://[your-privacy-url.com]
```
So the end of your description would look like:
