TrueLens turns auto repair inspections into shareable video proof. Built for auto shops, by auto shop owners. Every inspection becomes a short video your customer can watch on their phone — so they see exactly what their car needs, in their tech's own voice, before they approve any work. HOW IT WORKS - Record short video clips during inspection - Add voice-over notes over images to explain what you're seeing - Approve and share a private link with your customer - Customer watches the video on any device — no app required - Build trust, win more approvals, reduce comebacks FOR SHOP OWNERS - Solo plan for single-tech shops - Team plans with role-based access (Owner, Advisor, Technician) - Web dashboard for service writers to review and approve - Customer-facing pages branded with your shop info - Direct contact save (vCard) so customers can call you back WHY TRUELENS Customers say yes to repairs when they see the problem. Phone calls and written estimates lose trust — video earns it. Every minute saved arguing with a skeptical customer is a minute back on the bay. TrueLens is currently in early access. We're a small team building this with shops, for shops. Email contact@thetruelens.com if you'd like to talk to us directly. Free 7-day trial. No credit card required to start. Subscription options: - Solo: $49.99/month - Team: $99.99/month (up to 2 technicians) - Pro: $199.99/month (up to 4 technicians, 2 advisors) Your privacy: we don't sell your data.
