OfferIQ: Mileage & Gig Pay
Real Estate & Driver Records
Free · In‑App Purchases
Business miles matter whether you are heading to a showing or working a gig. OfferIQ helps real estate agents and rideshare and delivery drivers keep useful records, review trips and understand vehicle costs in one app.
FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
Choose the Real Estate workspace for mileage and field records without gig-offer setup. Keep lightweight property and client records, connect them to business trips, and record expenses for your workday.
• Review mileage for showings, buyer tours, listing appointments, client meetings, open houses, inspections and property preparation
• Add trip purposes, notes and property or client links
• Keep manual business expenses with category, date, amount and notes
• Link one contact when you choose; no bulk address-book import
FOR GIG DRIVERS
Compare a supported offer screenshot with your own pay targets before deciding in the driver app.
• Run the OfferIQ Shortcut with a supported Uber or Lyft offer screenshot
• On-device text recognition reads offered pay, distance and estimated time
• See estimated $/hour and $/mile, followed by Exceeds targets, Meets targets or Doesn’t meet targets
• Set your minimum and preferred rates
• Optionally record Accepted, Declined or Canceled separately from the target result
• Review saved analysis and the targets used at capture
BUSINESS MILEAGE AND VEHICLE RECORDS
• Enable optional automatic mileage tracking with location and motion permissions
• Review business, commute and personal classifications, including mixed-purpose trips
• Add or correct trips and keep past records when automatic tracking is off
• Keep service history, custom schedules, seasonal tire sets and manual photo/PDF receipts; export raw service CSV for free
• Understand modeled costs for fuel or electricity, insurance, payments, depreciation and maintenance
• Export raw trip-data CSV and the standalone expense ledger for free
ONE OFFERIQ PRO, BOTH WORKSPACES
Pro adds polished detailed and annual mileage reports, tax-preparation PDF and CSV packages, bulk trip review, optional Calendar assistance, and on-device receipt extraction for you to review and confirm. Drivers also get estimated net from accepted offered pay and modeled vehicle costs, plus deeper historical insights. Completed earnings remain separate records. Pro also includes maintenance alerts, snooze, 90-day service planning and service-history PDF reports.
Core offer analysis, mileage tracking, individual trip review and manual expense entry are free. Choose a monthly or annual Pro subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase in the app. One Pro purchase covers both workspaces.
PRIVACY FIRST
Offer and receipt text recognition runs on device. Your records remain on your device and in your private iCloud account. OfferIQ has no ads, third-party analytics SDKs or ad tracking. Background location is used only when you choose to enable mileage tracking. Calendar and contact access are optional.
OfferIQ is an independent decision-support and record-keeping tool. It does not connect to live gig-platform accounts, show live demand or manage real estate transactions. It does not provide tax, legal or financial advice. Estimates depend on your screenshots, records and settings. Always follow local laws and use your phone only when safe.

Service & Maintenance, rebuilt for your business vehicle.
• Keep a searchable service history with custom schedules, seasonal tire sets, photo/PDF receipts and free CSV export.
• Get clearer due status and more reliable recalculation when service, mileage or schedules change.
• Record costs using your system region’s currency, with support for receipts in other currencies.
• OfferIQ Pro adds automatic service reminders, snooze and overdue follow-ups, 90-day planning and shareable service-history PDF reports. Existing lifetime owners are included.
• Find work that needs attention at the top of Vehicle, with cleaner service controls and recent activity.
• Mark trips as Passenger to keep their history without adding distance to driving totals or vehicle mileage.
• Standard offer banners remain enabled alongside eligible offer cards. Cards can remain available in Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen after their alert, with an earlier-analysis label after two minutes. Your notification settings and iOS control presentation.
• While safely parked, enter an unreadable offer’s pay, total minutes and total miles, then use Analyze & Save for the same rate-target assessment.
• Retry retained trip recovery from Home when it blocks a new trip; the action handles the existing trip.
• See partial/unavailable history with Retry and a clear stale label for retained earlier report summaries.
• Export basic offers and settings with clearer contents and exclusions; imports validate first and explain partial results. Trips, service history and other work records remain outside this archive.
• Retry unavailable membership prices while retaining verified purchase ownership.
• Leave an App Store rating or review directly from Account → Rate OfferIQ, with the same action retained in Support.
3.4.0 6d ago
Your offer, clearer at a glance.
• Larger offer cards put hourly and per-mile rates side by side, with your target result, offered pay, time and distance.
• Guided setup helps you allow Live Activities and try a sample before enabling cards.
• Improved card delivery while using another app, including with spoken results.
• Eligible cards now include detected stops, reservation labels and a pickup-time reminder.
Cards are optional. Standard notifications remain available when a result needs more room or cards are unavailable.

3.2.4 Sep 11
OfferIQ 3.1.2 is a major compatibility, mileage-control and reliability update.
A FRESHER OFFERIQ
• A new app icon makes OfferIQ easier to spot.
• OfferIQ now supports iOS 18 and later, bringing the app to many more iPhones.
YOU CONTROL MILEAGE TRACKING
• A new master switch lets you turn automatic mileage tracking on or off at any time.
• First-run setup explains mileage tracking before iOS asks for location or motion access.
• Turning tracking off stops background location, motion activity, automatic trip recording and private-client trip reporting—without deleting saved trips.
• Export your prior trip history any time, even while tracking is off.
MORE ACCURATE 2026 TAX REPORTS
• Uses 72.5¢ per business mile through June 30 and 76¢ beginning July 1.
• Full-year summaries and CSV ledgers apply the rate effective on each trip date.
• CSV exports now show the rate used for each trip.
OFFERIQ READINESS
• Readiness now reflects actual Shortcut setup and completed offer captures, so it is clearer when offer analysis is ready.
TRACKING AND DATA RELIABILITY
• Tracking resumes immediately after you re-enable it.
• Primary-phone handoffs update without requiring a relaunch.
• Audio-route or Bluetooth changes are less likely to split a trip while the vehicle is still moving.
• Recovery and migration handling is safer for data stores created by earlier OfferIQ versions.
• Offer notification and decision status are preserved more reliably.
• Address lookup and route-distance handling work more consistently across supported iOS versions.
Plus smaller stability and diagnostic improvements throughout the app.

3.1.1 Jul 12
Introducing the Setup Assistant — get OfferIQ ready in one guided screen.
Guided setup. Install your shortcuts, set your home, grant permissions, and connect your car — all in one place, and revisit it anytime from Settings or the Offers screen.
Connect your car. Pick your vehicle's Bluetooth and OfferIQ starts and stops mileage tracking automatically when you get in and out.
Smarter home detection. Save your home and its Wi‑Fi so trips ending at home are recognized even when GPS is weak — keeping personal miles out of your business log.
Always-current shortcuts. The Analyze and Mark Accepted shortcuts now update straight from OfferIQ. Check for updates in Settings, and each shortcut shows as Confirmed once it's actually run.
Setup reminders. A gentle nudge if there's a step left to finish.
Plus reliability improvements and a fix to subscription plan details.
3.1.0 Jul 11
OfferIQ 3.0 is our biggest update yet — a ground-up redesign built around the one question that matters: what are you actually taking home?
A Cleaner Layout
- Offers and Trips now live together under a single Activity tab, so your day's work is in one place.
- A consistent header on every screen with a notification bell and your account avatar. A small amber dot appears by the logo whenever a trip is recording.
- Tap your avatar for a focused Account screen — plan, membership, notifications, and support together. Settings are regrouped into Driving, App, and About so things are where you'd expect.
See Your Real Take-Home
- Insights now joins your earnings, your miles, and your vehicle's running cost into true net profit — with net per hour, net per mile, and your estimated business-mile tax deduction. Gross earnings, acceptance rate, and what-changed comparisons stay free.
Vehicle & Maintenance
- A reimagined Vehicle tab leads with your cost-per-mile and trend, shows your actual vehicle up top, and adds a one-tap Apply to Offer Evaluator action.
- A Running Cost card shows your real monthly spend, with a clean ranked list of upcoming service. Cost-per-mile now reflects the maintenance you've actually logged.
- Your odometer keeps itself current from your drives, with a per-trip toggle to skip rides that weren't in your car.
Taxes & Clients
- Export an audit-ready record of your business mileage — a printable one-page PDF summary or a detailed CSV ledger, for This Year or Last Year, at the official IRS rate.
- Drive for private clients? Trips to and from a saved client place auto-tag as private-client business, with a named client roster and per-client revenue reports.
More Reliable Tracking
- Drives start and stop on their own far more dependably, brief stops no longer split one drive into duplicates, and your trip is recovered if iOS closes the app mid-drive.
- More accurate distance, sharper offer reading, lower battery use between trips, an iCloud sync status line, and Undo for trip deletion.
- OfferIQ can now speak each offer's rate out loud so you can keep your eyes on the road, plus fuller Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support.
Some of the deepest new tools — your real net take-home, tax-ready PDF and CSV exports, per-client revenue reports, and proactive maintenance reminders — are part of OfferIQ Pro, available as a monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime purchase. Your earnings, mileage, and backups stay free.
Thanks for driving with OfferIQ.
