Debts: you can now save each client's payment date (every month, for example the 1st to the 10th, or a specific date), with a phone reminder that day, sorting by payment date and a monthly filter. Transfers: shows the amount, oldest first, a button to open the WhatsApp chat, and “Reviewed” can be undone. On large screens the whole week is visible, “To deliver” scrolls with the products, and the Directory has a new icon to add clients.

When you clear the day's completed orders, an extra order from a customer already on your route no longer leaves a duplicate in the Directory. Its last delivery moves to the customer's record. Also, the AI Order button was removed from Home to give the other actions more room.

Live truck tracking now keeps working when you switch to WhatsApp or Google Maps or lock the screen: your customer sees the truck for the full 30 minutes of the link.

New: when you tap "On the way", your customer gets a WhatsApp link to watch the truck live for 30 minutes. You can also share a test link from Settings. Your location is only shared while the link is active.

This version makes RutaWater easier to understand from day one. • Guided welcome: when you create your account, a short guide shows how your route is organized. • When adding a client you choose the frequency (weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks or monthly), and the button tells you exactly what will happen. • Faster form: products show up right away and optional details (Maps, tax ID, business name, email) are grouped together. • "To deliver" bar: see at a glance what's left to deliver today or tomorrow. • Directory with labelled buttons and each client's debt shown in red. • New "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen. • A heads-up before scheduling a visit without products. • Clearer wording throughout the app.

• New: save each client's tax ID (RUT), legal business name and email when creating or editing them. • From the 3-dot menu on each card, "View details & tax ID" shows the client's full profile. • Share the profile (name, address, location, tax ID and contact) on WhatsApp or any app, neatly formatted and professional.

This update makes RutaWater faster and smoother on the road: • Returning to the app no longer reloads everything: you pick up right where you left off. • Saving a client's changes no longer waits for signal; they sync automatically when the connection returns. • Home, lists and windows respond faster, and reordering clients is instant. • Pending transfers update right away. • Buttons respond on the first tap even with the keyboard open. • Faster searches on Home, debts and relationships. • AI Order no longer hangs if the connection drops. • The reminder alert now explains when the order date has already passed.

• Improved layouts for landscape use on iPhone and larger screens. • Menus and forms adapt to the screen orientation and available space. • Reorganized quick actions make Debts easier to access. • AI Orders takes up less space while remaining one tap away. • Weekdays and product totals stay on separate rows to prevent overlap. • The title is now left-aligned, and long delivery profile names fit without overlapping it.

You can now send each customer’s total debt via WhatsApp directly from Debts. The Review button makes it clearer how to access the customer’s transfers.

Improved launch stability and fixed an issue that could prevent the app from opening on iOS. We also improved calendar layout and saving delivery route names.

We improved shared deliveries in family groups to prevent two confirmations of the same visit from advancing the schedule twice. Undoing a delivery now preserves another member’s confirmation. We also improved synchronization of offline actions and added confirmation of the exact date before completing a visit early. Update RutaWater on every device in your group to benefit from these improvements.

You can now save multiple phone numbers for each customer and select a primary number. We improved AI Orders to correct interpretations, recognize new electric dispensers, and distinguish between customers with the same name. We also optimized switching between deliveries and improved overall stability.
