Some difficulties with the invite QR code. I have to create a QR code and text it out to each parent, as it is only good for one person to log in. I cannot figure out how to generate a join code for everyone in the troop to use. Potential for wasted paper if someone tries to print QR codes. No option for multiple email addresses either. No ability to allow scout to scout chat, which was a huge reason we chose this app. I feel like we are too far in to give up now, and I hope things improve quickly. It would be great if we could invite youth via phone #’s, and allow parents to approve, as some of our scouts don’t have email addresses outside of their school accounts.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate you using Woggle! This version released several key features and some of the invite behavior leaned too far towards privacy which caused some friction with units. This is being addressed in an upcoming update. We have already created the ability to generate a reusable join code so you no longer need to generate a unique code for each family. Youth invites can also now be generated from the household and shared via text or QR code for those scouts without email addresses. Youth-to-youth DM’s will be released in an upcoming update but youth can participate in both public and private channels today. Parents and leaders always have visibility over channels their youth belong to and can see all youth activities and messages. Thank you again for using Woggle! Exactly what I’m looking for to streamline communication while keeping Scoutbook as source of truth for calendar and advancementsMissing several key features, listed below in order of priority.1. No clickable links in announcements2. No option to upload other file types (PDFs/spreadsheet, etc) in chats3. No web interface.4. Ability to add a poll to a channel (request added on 8/25/26)Update: 1 and 2 have been added! So awesome!
