Before you open a distracting app, Screenguard asks one simple question: how long do you actually need? Turns out, that small bit of friction is enough to gradually change your habit.
How it works:
Pick the apps you want to guard. Set a daily time budget, a limit on opens, or both. When you open a guarded app, Screenguard steps in and asks how long you need it. You decide how long you need to use it, and a live countdown appears in your Dynamic Island so you always know where you stand. When time's up, Screenguard nudges you to put it down.
That's it. One intention. Every time you reach for a distraction.
