Plan workouts like a document: drag exercises, build supersets, save templates. No algorithms — just your routine.
Kheper is a workout editor. Blank page, you fill it in. No pre-made routines, no algorithm picking exercises for you.
Every workout is a document. Drop in exercises, notes, YouTube videos, photos, and rearrange by dragging. Save any workout as a template if you want to reuse it.
EXERCISES
Reps and weight, duration, distance, or any combination. Supersets and circuits. Create your own exercises with muscle groups and instructions.
REST TIMER
Auto-starts between sets. Shows on Dynamic Island and your lock screen.
HISTORY
Past workouts, progress charts, automatic PR detection.
SYNC
iCloud across devices (optional). Apple Health.
