Builddar is site tracking, pre-acceptance inspection (OPR) and works acceptance, buyer handover and aftercare software: it keeps the history of every snag, from the first site visit to the post-handover warranties, on desktop, tablet and phone, with an app that works offline.
On site, with the app:
Pin a snag on the plan, with annotated photos (arrow, circle, text), contractor, trade, phase and due date.
Work without signal, in basements or upper floors. Your entries sync when you're back online, with no duplicates.
Track every snag: To do, Fixed by the contractor, then Closed or Rejected by the project team.
View downloaded plans, documents and contacts offline.
Get notified on every assignment, status change or mention.
Invited contractors: each one sees only its own snags and reports the fix with an "after" photo. Free, by invitation.
At the office, on app.builddar.com: site meeting minutes, reports per contractor, automatic reminders, documents and, for developers, handover and aftercare in the same history.
