Around it, colored bands show the three stages of twilight and golden hour. You can see at a glance how much light is left, when dusk begins, and how your day changes with the seasons. MOON RING & PHASE An inner ring tracks the moon across your sky. The icon shows tonight's phase, whether full, crescent, or new. Moonrise and moonset times appear in the readout below. LUNAR CYCLE & YEAR RING Two delicate rings track the 29.5-day lunar cycle and the year's progress. Solstices, equinoxes, and where you are right now, all at a glance. BREATHING EXERCISES The innermost ring guides calming breathing patterns: box breathing, coherent breathing, 4-7-8 relaxation, and extended exhale. A small moment of stillness, whenever you need it.
