• New course screen: cards instead of a long list. Status and "Day N of M", the next dose, a day-by-day timeline of doses taken, course details and stock — all on one screen. • Add a course in one phrase. Type, for example, "Metformin 500 mg twice a day for 10 days" and HealthLab understands it as you type: it highlights what it recognized and shows the dose, schedule and how many packs you need. GLP-1 dose escalation and multi-stage courses ("then…") are supported. • Quick add finds the medicine in your Cabinet after just a few letters and fills in the full name, strength and stock. • Try AI for free on your own data: one try each of the AI lab summary, the Health Score explanation, prescription scanning and adding medicines from a photo. • Dose reminders are now Time Sensitive and come through Focus modes. • Pro: "Remind again if not logged" — a second reminder after 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes if a dose isn't marked as taken (in Settings, under Notifications & Privacy). Logging the dose anywhere, even on another device, cancels it.

• New medication type: Inhaler, dosed in inhalations. Metered-dose aerosols, Respimat and other inhalers can now be added as their own course, and prescription scanning recognizes them automatically. • When needed, HealthLab asks whose lab result you're importing — yours or a family member's — and, if missing, the birth year and sex, so reference ranges are right from the first result. • Box recognition from a photo in the Cabinet is more reliable, including for inhalers. • Fixed a rare crash after deleting a course with a photo, and the home screen now refreshes faster.

• Anonymous usage statistics help us improve HealthLab: which screens open and whether an import succeeded. No health data, names or lab values ever leave your device this way. Turn it off anytime in Settings under Anonymous analytics. • Minor fixes and stability improvements.

• Log a dose right from your Home Screen: the Today's Medications widget has a one-tap "Taken" button. Two more widgets show any biomarker's trend against its range and what in your cabinet expires or runs low. A widget can follow a family member's profile (extra profiles are part of Pro). • Send a lab report from Mail, Files or Telegram in one tap with Share to HealthLab, or copy a PDF or photo and paste it on the import screen. • Long-press the app icon to import from the camera, a file or the clipboard. • Find any analysis, biomarker or medication from iPhone Search (Spotlight). PIN-protected medications never appear, and you can switch it off in Settings. • Low ferritin is now flagged against the ASH 2026 guideline threshold (inflammation-aware, using CRP from the same draw) — discuss it with your doctor. No subscription needed.

Home Screen widgets: today's medications with a "Taken" button — log a dose without opening the app; any biomarker's trend against its reference range; and your medicine cabinet — what expires soon or runs out. Each widget can show any family member's profile. iPhone Search: type an analysis, biomarker or medication name in Spotlight and jump straight to it. PIN-protected medications never appear in search, and you can turn the feature off in Settings. Send lab results to HealthLab from anywhere: Share → HealthLab works for PDFs and photos from Files, Mail, Telegram and Photos. Copied a PDF or a photo of a result? Paste it on the import screen. Long-press the app icon for quick actions: import from clipboard, photograph a result, choose a file.

Ferritin results now follow the 2026 American Society of Hematology iron-deficiency thresholds, with a note when a value is at or below the threshold. Stability improvements.
