Fixet bug in report translation and UI update

A new Nordic look – and reports can now be translated. • New home screen: your tools on top, the active projects below with their own photo. You see where each job stands at a glance. • Archive is now its own place instead of a setting, so the project list shows only what you are working on. • The whole app has a calm, light look with one clear highlight colour – the same as the other Capture apps. • Translate the report: record in your own language and hand the report over in the client's. The translation happens on your device. • Dates in the report now follow the report's language (bug fixed). • A new, lighter report cover and simpler contents. • The management report is collapsed, so it no longer takes over the page. • The Capture Log hub code has moved to the ⋯ menu at the top of the project. • The help you see the first time has been rewritten for both iPhone and iPad.

Reports and sharing • New management report per project and across your whole portfolio — status, progress and open items for the steering group. • Preview any report before you send it, and save it to a folder on Mac. • Optional AI summary of what happened in a period you choose, written in your report language, on your device. Photos • A photo library per project: browse, present full screen, select several and share them with a note. • Lists and photo grids are much faster and use far less memory. Everyday work • Your name and company details now follow you between your devices. • Add a client or a party straight from your contacts. • Put remediation deadlines in your calendar, so you are reminded like any other appointment. • Voice notes are kept if a call interrupts the recording. Mac and iPad • A full-width layout that uses the whole window, with settings organised into categories. Fixes • Photos could be removed from iCloud when a project was edited on a device that had not opened them. This is fixed — and photos already missing are restored from any device that still has them. • Editing no longer re-uploads the whole project to iCloud. • Fixed a bug where picking a contact closed the editor without saving.

Your first project is now complete: unlimited registrations, unlimited photos, deliveries and nonconformances, and a finished PDF report. Photo library Every photo in a project in one place — from registrations, incoming inspections and nonconformances — newest first, with the record it belongs to and when it was taken. Page through them, play them as a presentation, or select several and send them on with the project number, address and date printed in a bar under each image. Management report A report for the steering group, not for the file. Progress, work carried out, severity spread, biggest categories and the oldest open items — for one project under Report, or across every project from Summary. See it before you send it Reports now open in a preview first. From there you can save the file to a folder or share it by mail, AirDrop or message. Deadlines in your calendar Add a remediation deadline to your calendar from any registration, or have every open deadline kept there automatically. If Outlook or Gmail is set up on your device, they appear there too. Fill in from Contacts Add a client or a subcontractor straight from your contacts instead of typing their details again. Capture Snagging & Walk-Downs now follows a build from first pour to handover — not just the final walk-through. SITE VISITS — ONGOING SUPERVISION Tap "Start visit" when you're standing on site. No planning, no setup. • Today's checklist: every open point, with the ones the contractor reported as fixed at the top, then the ones that have survived the most visits — sorted so you can walk the site efficiently instead of scrolling a list of 200. • Age measured in visits, not days. "Open through 4 visits" says you have raised the same point four times. A rejection counter shows how often a repair was turned down at re-check. • Visit note as PDF: new points, closed since last visit, and what is still open — the document that actually gets sent round after a walk-down, separate from the punch list. • Finalising a visit locks that day's snapshot, so the note is a record rather than a live view. PARTIES Add the companies on the project once — trade, contact, email. They pre-fill the responsible party on every registration, group the walk by contractor, and feed the signatures below. SIGNATURES THAT MATCH REALITY One signature per company, covering that company's points from the day. A contractor acknowledges the points; a client is recorded as present and informed — two different things, never mixed. Walking alone is the normal case, so a signature never blocks anything: finalise in one tap, note why a party wasn't there, or record that the note was sent and to whom. INCOMING INSPECTIONS Document deliveries as they arrive — and prove that a delivery WAS in order, not only that something was wrong. • Delivery details, item list with serial or tag numbers, and ordered vs. received quantities. A shortfall is flagged automatically. • Transport indicators per item: shock, tilt, humidity card reading, desiccant and pressure. A tripped indicator is highlighted on the certificate. • Sample checks are printed on the sheet ("4 of 40 inspected"), so a spot check is never mistaken for a full inspection. • Signatures from both receiver and driver, captured on the spot — the driver is only there once. • A one-page A4 certificate with a photo appendix, ready to staple to the delivery note. NONCONFORMANCES (NCR) For deviations from what was actually ordered: built but not ordered, executed differently from the design, left out entirely, or the wrong material. • References the contract — drawing number and revision, specification clause, variation order — not a standard. • States the deviation both ways: as required, and as found. • Records the consequence: variation order, cost, delay, and which other trades are affected. • Closes with a signed decision — approved as built, must be redone, execute now, or credited. Two of those close the case with nothing repaired, which is exactly how a nonconformance works. • Its own number series and its own report, so it never gets confused with a snag. ALSO IMPROVED • Photos and signatures from visits, deliveries and nonconformances sync through iCloud and are included in backups. • Restoring a backup made with an earlier version works unchanged. • Layout fixes so the last rows are never hidden behind the tab bar. New archive Archive completed projects so they don't clutter your daily project overview. Toggle "Show archived projects" under Settings → Archive. Archived projects stay safely stored — just tucked away. Better backups • JSON backups now include all your photos, signatures and voice memos in a single file. Move a complete backup between devices without losing images. • You can now save JSON, XML and CSV backups directly to a folder (e.g. on your Mac), in addition to sharing. • Exports now show a clear error message if something goes wrong — no more empty popups. iCloud images • New "Download all images from iCloud" button under Settings → iCloud sync. Use it when you set up the app on a new device to pull all photos down immediately. • Images that haven't downloaded yet now show a "Downloading from iCloud…" indicator — so it's clear they're on their way, not lost. More reliable • Improved sync: deleted projects stay deleted, even when CloudKit briefly re-imports an old copy. • Various stability and speed improvements throughout.

Reliability and quality improvements: • iCloud sync: Fixed a bug that could cause projects to disappear after an update. Your data is safe and is restored automatically. • In-app purchases: Improved error handling. Purchase buttons now show a clear message instead of failing silently when a product can't load. • New: Monthly subscription option, alongside Annual and Lifetime. • Photo picker: More visible close buttons on macOS. • Permissions: System dialogs (Camera, Microphone, Location, Photos, Speech) are now localized in all 12 supported languages. • Widget: Added quick-action buttons — tap "+" to start a new registration, tap the folder to open your latest project. • Quieter notifications — no more banners for routine sync events.
