REQUIREMENTS
AI summaries require an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence enabled and system models available. ClarityAI displays readiness. Recording and your archive remain usable when AI is unavailable. Local speech recognition requires Apple's language models; an initial download may require internet access. Supported app and transcription languages: English and German.
Watch recording requires watchOS 11 or later and a paired iPhone with ClarityAI. Open ClarityAI on iPhone to process received recordings. Watch does not generate or display AI notes.
Record only with everyone's permission. Apple's system microphone indicators remain visible. Recording content is not sent to external AI or speech-recognition services; intentional sharing and device backups follow the system and recipient settings you choose.
Standard meeting minutes consolidate topics into readable result paragraphs, with an overview, decisions, next steps and open questions. Clearly separate conversations in one recording receive their own minutes. Unspecified owners and dates remain open. Completed minutes are displayed in the app and can be shared with their title and date as PDF or text.
