Trip workspace for campouts. Plan a trip, track who's coming, capture receipts, send a departure notice, and share a drive-home ETA with families. Everything on one timeline. Troop meetings, campouts, PLC meetings and committee meetings now live together under Activities. For families. Guardians get their own home screen and trip view, so parents can see what their scout is doing without a leader account. On a scout. Meeting attendance and Eagle conference details now appear on the scout's page, alongside their conferences. Weather on activities, and an after-action review on any activity, not just summer camp. This release also removes features that were not serving Scoutmasters well, so the app does fewer things and does them better.

Schedule conferences ahead of time and see them in your Upcoming list Change a conference's status right from its page Schedule a linked follow-up from the original conference and jump between the two Eagle Scoutmaster conferences get a full working surface: checklist by section, materials tracking, progress at a glance, and a shareable PDF Fixed: the Save button on the conference form is now always visible above the tab bar

Archive scouts right from your roster — record whether they aged out, transferred, or left, and your active list stays clean. The AI Stories meeting picker now shows your meetings, so story generation works end to end. Conferences now capture more of the record: Scoutbook verification status, who conducted the conference, and a follow-up due date. Dates on conferences now display correctly everywhere, no matter your time zone.

What's fixed in 1.5.1 Scout profiles now open reliably — no more "Something went wrong" on the scout detail screen Creating meetings and PLC meetings with attendees works again, and camp day check-ins save correctly Editing committee meetings and conferences saves properly — and editing a conference no longer changes its status Eagle Scoutmaster Conference checklists now sync with the web app item-by-item

Reliability improvements across guardian management, attendance tracking, and meeting workflows.

• Tracks — organize scouts through custom workflow stages like rank advancement, Eagle project milestones, or personal pipelines. • Smart Lists — filter and save dynamic scout segments (e.g., "Life scouts without a conference in 60 days"). • Guardian and task details on each scout — see parents/guardians, open follow-ups, and assigned tasks right from the scout page. • Troop-wide Tasks inbox — review every open task across the troop in one place. • Faster loads with better offline handling. • Subscriptions now managed via the web for easier plan switching and team billing. • Under-the-hood reliability: crash reporting, performance metrics, and data-layer cleanup for a more stable app.
