Reflekt: AI Journal & Diary
Asks questions, never advises
Only for iPhone

iPhone
New: a yearly plan. Same promise as always — Reflekt asks questions and never advises. Your entries stay on your iPhone; on-device AI in English.
Talk it through. Reflekt is a calm AI journal for self-reflection: you write what's on your mind, and it answers with the questions that help you hear yourself. No advice, no lectures, no pep talk.
REFLECTION
Write a few words about your day, a worry or a feeling. Reflekt replies like a thoughtful listener — only gentle questions that help you notice what's really going on. Every conversation is saved, so you can come back and continue it.
DIARY
Sometimes you just need to write things down. The Diary tab is a quiet place for notes: open it, write, leave. It saves as you type.
MY DIARY & FAVORITES
All your reflections and notes in one timeline, tagged with the emotions you felt. Bookmark the entries that matter, edit your notes, delete what you no longer need.
NAME WHAT YOU FEEL
A dictionary of 152 feelings and emotions with clear explanations, to help you find the right word.
STATISTICS
See your average mood by week, month or year, and the emotions that keep coming back.
ALWAYS AT HAND
- Calendar and a home screen widget with a dot for every day you reflected
- Mindful Minutes in Apple Health
- Gentle daily reminders, off by default
- Face ID lock to keep your diary private
- Export to PDF, text or JSON
- Available in 13 languages
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your entries are stored on your device, not in a cloud account. In English, conversations can run entirely on device with Apple Intelligence; in other languages they go through our server and are never used to train models.
Free to start with 3 reflections a day. Reflekt Premium removes the limit — monthly or yearly, no free trial, cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Reflekt is not therapy and doesn't replace professional help. It's a mirror that helps you think more clearly about how you feel.
