Planner 1.4 Who else is on your shift. - My Shifts now names the rest of the crew on each event, with the job each of them is doing. You can see before you get there whether you are on a door alone, and who the technician is if a microphone fails. - My Shifts also shows what the audience has been promised for that event: accessibility seating, reserved seats, and whether it is BSL interpreted, captioned or a relaxed performance. - Event Listing now lists the crew working an event alongside the authors and chair, and shows the accessibility provision for it. - Front of house no longer sees the Accessibility Needs screen. It listed authors' own medical information, which is not what anyone working a door needs. The seating notes above are, and those are now on both screens. Roles are named the way your festival names them throughout.

Crew can now see their own shifts. Front of house, stewards, technicians and drivers get a My Shifts list showing the events they are rostered on, with the day, time, venue and the job they are doing on each one. Roles now use your festival's own names. If you have renamed a role in Planner, the app shows your wording instead of the standard label.

- Events now show every image, not just the first - Event details rebuilt to match the web app, with tap to enlarge and share - Interviewers now appear alongside authors and chairs - Accessibility information added to event details - Box office links and an option to hide past events

- Streamlined views per role and removed unused screens - Accommodation now shows your actual stays; Travel shows driver pick-ups - Drivers see who they're collecting, with photo, phone and flight/train details - Filters and search added to equipment, media and seating lists - Fixed social media images and travel date display
