I’ve been tracking my food using other food tracking apps but I finally found one that has everything I need. Absolutely cuts out the need for me to have so many different apps to track my workouts, my food, my biomarkers! I honestly don’t know how I’ve ever done it any other way. This is the most convenient thing ever and the ai coach features are AMAZING! This is definitely the best app if you’re into biohacking or if you wanna keep yourself accountable with your health. BodyBioLog takes personalization to a different level.

I’ve tried a lot of health and fitness apps and most feel overly complicated or incomplete. BodyBioLog has been surprisingly easy to use while still giving a lot of useful information. I like being able to track labs, supplements, habits, and progress all in one place without it feeling cluttered. The AI coaching features are also helpful and don’t feel gimmicky. Definitely worth trying if you’re serious about improving your health and staying consistent.
