Whatever is worst is named, every time. Tap any number to see where it came from. • Reminders you can act on. A heads-up before the time you usually head out. A warning before conditions turn. A "seal the lodge" nudge before bed when the night air is about to go bad. And a note when EVE spots a new pattern in your own history. • Trends, now about you. See what actually reached you, indoors and out, and how your steps, sleep, heart and mood line up with it. With an Apple Watch or without one. • Log how you feel. A mood check-in that goes straight into Apple Health and gets lined up with your daylight, your time outside and the heat. Everything you have already tracked is still here, waiting in Trends. EVE is now easier to understand at a glance. Key numbers and conclusions stand out more clearly, and cluttered text has been replaced with cleaner visuals throughout the app. We've also polished navigation and fixed a few smaller display issues along the way.

EVE now reads your sleep the way Apple Health records it. EVE takes your deep sleep and lines it up against the air you actually breathed the day before, because the air you're in on Tuesday is what you take to bed on Tuesday night. It is never uploaded to our servers, and disconnecting deletes it.

You'll now get a notification when outdoor conditions shift in a way that's straining your skin, lungs, heart, or focus — with a quick suggestion to help. The message adapts to what's actually happening: air quality, UV, or both. We've also improved how the app tracks when you step back inside, and tightened up a few small inconsistencies in how UV risk is calculated based on your skin type.

I can now show you nearby activities — real places and events close to you right now. Community yoga, park runs, indoor climbing, libraries, pools — I find them based on your location and current conditions. Tap any card to see opening hours, contact details, and directions. When outdoor conditions are good, I'll suggest outdoor events. When they're not, I'll point you to indoor options instead.

This update is mostly invisible — which is intentional. I now know more about you. You can tell me about your allergies, your skin type, whether you cycle to work or exercise outside. I use that to filter what I show you — so the advice you see is actually for you, not just for the conditions outside. I also read real pollen counts now instead of guessing from temperature and wind. If levels are low, I will tell you. If they are high, I will tell you that too. EVE Pro is also live — monthly and annual, both with a free trial. If you have been here since the start, yours is already waiting.

The "Green Window" is now even smarter. We’ve refined how EVE finds your safe windows to help you recover your "Urban Tax" more effectively. New in this version: Smart "Green Window" Alerts: EVE now sends a gentle notification the moment urban conditions (AQI, UV, and Noise) hit their optimal "Gold Zone." Tap the alert to see exactly where to go on your map. Redesigned Recovery Insights: We’ve updated the Recovery Rate experience. It’s now easier to see exactly how your outdoor time and environment are recharging your vitality. Live Exposure Flow: We refined the Exposome dashboard. Your live outdoor exposure and home environment data now flow more accurately, giving you a real-time strategy for your day.
