I love the story about soothe note, who built it and why is very touching. The app really helps me keep track of everything I used to use apps like M Chart I ended up converted to soothe note though.

Great with a few flaws

As a cancer patient, o was so excited to find this app. Overall I love the UI. The issues I have are:1) I wish a medication reminder notification took me to the medications tab automatically when I tap it2) I have entered a list of items to bring to my appointment and a list of questions to ask, but everything just disappears after I tap on Save. Where does it go? I can’t retrieve any of it.3) I can’t edit or remove medications. I have a couple that were temporary and I cannot remove them or stop the reminders. When a dosage changes, I can’t edit or stop the one version after adding the new version. If these things are fixed, this would be pretty perfect.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review and kind words about Soothe Note. We’re Teddy and Brynn, the founders, and your feedback was incredibly helpful. We’ve now made improvements addressing all three things you mentioned: medication reminders will take you directly to your medications, appointment questions and things-to-bring lists will properly save and stay accessible, and medications can now be edited, including dosage, timing, and reminders, without losing your previous history.Your review directly helped us identify these issues and make Soothe Note better. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us, and we really hope these improvements make the app even more useful for you 💙Teddy & BrynnSoothe Note

Awesome app, helped a bunch through some tough times.
Health Hub appt dates do not match
Former Happy Customer #1000
So far app seems the best and simple to track cancer symptoms. However the appointment dates in the “Health Hub” do not match the actual appointment dates entered under “Plan”. The Health Hub lists it a day prior instead. Please fix.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve fixed the issue, and it will be included in our upcoming 6.0 update. We also replied to your email with additional information. Thank you for helping us improve Soothe Note!
Medication cards are simpler: tap Take to log each dose, tap again to undo, and see when your next dose is scheduled. Forms are easier to use on iPhone and stay open while you type. We made privacy and account-deletion improvements and added links to our Privacy Policy and Terms in Settings. Plus a cleaner look, faster syncing, and bug fixes.
