CALORIE DEFICIT TRACKER+
The simplest way to lose weight — track your deficit, not just your calories.
Most calorie apps overwhelm you with data. Calorie Deficit Tracker+ keeps it simple: eat less than you burn, track what matters, lose weight. That's it.
WHY DEFICIT TRACKING WORKS
Weight loss comes down to one thing — a calorie deficit. This app shows you exactly where you stand every day so you always know if you're on track, without obsessing over every number.
TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS
• Calories in vs. calories out — your deficit at a glance
• Macros: protein, carbs, fat & added sugar
• Goals split by meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks
• Daily, weekly & monthly statistics with beautiful charts
LOG FOOD IN SECONDS
• Barcode scanner — point, scan, done
• Search millions of foods instantly
• Save your go-to meals and log them with one tap
• Recipe browser to discover healthy meal ideas
BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS
• Set your own daily calorie & macro targets
• Allocation by meal type so you never blow your dinner budget
• Sugar goal tracking — a feature most apps skip
• HealthKit integration to sync your activity data
CLEAN, FAST & DISTRACTION-FREE
No endless feeds. No social pressure. No complicated dashboards. Just your food log, your deficit, and your progress — presented cleanly so you can focus on results.
CALORIE DEFICIT TRACKER+ PREMIUM
Unlock unlimited food logging, advanced statistics, ad-free experience and full access to all features.
Whether you're cutting for summer, managing your weight long-term, or just starting out — Calorie Deficit Tracker+ gives you everything you need and nothing you don't.
