Now free to download. Tile Merge, Slither, Block Drop and all six neck routines are free, with your wellness score and range-of-motion progress. A one-time Pro unlock adds Brick Smash, Color Match, Maze Escape, Dodge and two alternate app icons. If you bought Head Games before it went free, everything stays unlocked and there is nothing to do.

New January habit: one two-minute neck break a day from 1 to 28 January, with a 28-day calendar and your current and best streak. The card appears on the Wellness screen from 26 December. Ask Siri to "Start today's neck break in Head Games".

On iPhone Duo, stand the phone on your desk: the game plays on the upright half while your live head position, score and controls sit on the half lying flat. Exercises split the same way, with the guide on one half and progress on the other. Games and menus keep clear of the fold.

This update fixes a crash that could occur while some animations first appeared, making Head Games more stable. We've also refreshed our App Store screenshots and previews to better show off every game.

Hands-Free Mode: play from menu to replay without touching the screen. Tilt left or right to browse games, nod down to play, hold still to calibrate, and nod again to play another round. Choose a relaxed, standard or quick hold time in Settings > Hands-Free, and practice on the new Try It pad. Siri and Shortcuts: say "Play Slither in Head Games", "Start a neck break in Head Games" or "How's my neck streak in Head Games". A new hand-drawn look: sketched cards, living orbs that show when the app is listening, and new results cards with big buttons in place of pop-up alerts. Text now follows your Dynamic Type size. Smarter exercises: each movement counts down and starts on its own, and left and right tilts are now measured the right way round. Fixes: head tracking resumes when you leave a game, streaks reset correctly after a missed day, the Brick Smash ball is visible in light mode, and Tile Merge no longer shows its intro twice.

New Session Stats screen: see how many games you've played, your total play time and your best score for every game. Open it from the chart button in the Arcade tab or from the Progress tab. Fixed the Wellness, Progress and Exercise screens so they load correctly. Built with the latest iOS SDK.
