Bin Reminder AU
Never forget your bin day.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Never miss bin day again. Bin Reminder helps you stay on top of your household bin collection schedule — no more dragging bins out too late or forgetting which colour goes out this week.
#SET UP IN SECONDS
Enter your postcode or let the app detect your location to get a personalised collection schedule for your Red (General Waste), Yellow (Recycling), and Green (Green Waste) bins.
#SMART REMINDERS
Choose when you want to be reminded:
• The night before collection — so you can put bins out after dinner
• The morning of — for an early heads-up before the truck arrives
• A custom time that suits your routine
You can enable or disable reminders for each bin type individually.
#LIVE ACTIVITY & DYNAMIC ISLAND
See your next collection at a glance on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Mark bins as "put out" directly from the Live Activity — no need to open the app.
#KNOW YOUR BINS
Not sure if soft plastics go in the yellow bin? Each bin type includes a helpful guide showing what's accepted and what's not, with practical tips for sorting waste correctly.
#UPCOMING TIMELINE
View your full collection schedule weeks ahead, colour-coded and grouped by week so you always know what's coming.
#WORKS ACROSS AUSTRALIA
Supports postcodes in all states and territories — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT.
#PRIVACY FIRST
All your data stays on your device. No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking. Your location is used only to find your local schedule and is never sent to external servers.
