Version 1.5.0 lets you put a form down and pick it up again. • Put a form down, finish it later. Tap Save Draft while you fill a form, or when you cancel, and everything on it is kept, signatures included. If you leave the app halfway through a form, it's saved too. Your drafts wait at the top of Records and on the client's page in Clients: tap one to pick up where you left off. Drafts are free. • Sync nearby devices, no network needed. Devices near each other, in the same room for example, now sync directly, with no Wi-Fi network and no internet. Everything goes straight from one device to the other. Wi-Fi just has to be switched on, even when it isn't connected to anything, and InPersonForms open on both. Drafts sync too, so a form started on one device can be finished on another. Sync needs InPersonForms Pro on each device. • Review forms on the main device. On the main device, turn on Review forms from other devices under Sync Across Devices in Settings. Forms filled on the other devices then arrive on the main device as drafts, for you to check and submit there. Sync needs InPersonForms Pro on each device. • A record signed by mistake can now be archived: open it and tap Archive Record. An archived record can then be deleted for good with Delete Permanently. • Handwriting is filed in the ink color you picked, in dark mode too, and each new handwriting form starts with the default pen. • Buttons keep their labels while you press them, and a signed PDF opens full screen, without the tab bar. Version 1.4.0 lets the iPads and iPhones in your practice share the same clients, templates and records. • Sync your practice's devices. The iPads and iPhones in your practice can keep the same clients, templates and records, with no server of ours. Choose a main device under Sync Across Devices in Settings, and the others sync with it while the app is open on the same Wi-Fi. Sync needs InPersonForms Pro on each device. • Templates are edited on the main device, and the other devices use them as they are. • Archive a client, keep their records. Archive now takes the place of Delete on a client: their signed records, PDFs and attachments are kept, out of client lists, search and Records. To remove a client and all their documents for good, open Archived Clients on the Clients tab and choose Delete Permanently. • A form's own checkboxes and radio buttons now look the same on the fill screen and in the editor as on the signed PDF, and a value the PDF came with no longer appears under a field you left empty. • At the largest text sizes, the buttons at the top of the fill panel stay within reach while the keyboard is up. • If an update ever fails to carry your saved data over, the app no longer closes. Version 1.3.1 is a small update: a signed form looks like the form, and what 1.3.0 added is easier to find. • The form's own boxes stay put. A PDF that comes with its own text boxes and checkboxes keeps them, in the template and on the signed form. A box left unticked prints as an empty box, so the signed form looks like the form it came from. • A template saved in an earlier version may have lost the boxes the form came with. Replace Document with the original PDF brings them back, and your field settings stay. • In Document History, the preview of an earlier version has a Restore button, the list says how to restore or delete one, and deleting a version says what is deleted and what is kept. • When you replace a document, a field you had left unplaced can stay that way, and the review list holds up at the largest text sizes. • Auto-Detect names a scanned box as a checkbox, and its rows no longer break inside a word at the largest text sizes. • Settings has a Contact Support row, so you can reach us from the app. Thank you for using InPersonForms.

Version 1.3.0 is about changing a template after you have made it. Swap the PDF behind it, keep the fields you placed, and go back to any earlier document. • Replace the document, keep the fields. A reworded form no longer means starting over. Pick the new PDF and the app carries your placed fields onto it, then shows you what moved and what did not before anything is saved. • Every past version is kept. Document History lists the documents a template used to be, shows you any of them, and puts one back. A signed record says which version it was filled on. • Fields with nowhere to go wait for you. When the new document has no place for a field, it is set aside instead of deleted, and you can drop it onto a page later with its settings intact. • A corrected form shared in from Mail or Files is offered as a new version of the template it belongs to, instead of arriving as a second one. • Renaming a template in Edit Fields now works in every language the app speaks, the editor and Auto-Detect hold up at the largest text sizes, and a submit that fails keeps what you filled in. Version 1.2.0 lets another app hand a PDF straight to InPersonForms, and gives you a backup that writes itself to your own iCloud Drive. • Send a PDF straight to the app. Open a PDF in Files, Mail or Safari, share it to InPersonForms, and it arrives as a template ready for fields. • Automatic backup to your own iCloud Drive. Switch it on and the app writes a full archive of your clients, templates, forms and PDFs. It runs daily, weekly or monthly, and you choose how many backups to keep. Version 1.1.1 makes adding a client one pass instead of two, and puts a set of date problems right. • Adding a client is one pass. If a field on your client profile form is set to hold the client's name, Add Client opens that form straight away, and submitting it creates the client. If no field is set that way, you get the short sheet first and the profile form right after it. • Email and phone are optional now. You can take down a walk-in who will not leave either one. • Quick Add, on the menu behind the + button on Clients, takes a name, email and phone and skips the profile form. • A date already on a form is no longer overwritten when the fill panel reaches it. • A date entered on one device reads correctly on another, whatever language each one is set to. • Records sorts a date column by the day it holds and filters it by a date range, instead of comparing the text. • A template that has already been imported is no longer imported a second time. • Plus smaller fixes across filling, records, and the tutorial.
