Kairos - Intimacy Tracker

Private Intimacy Tracking

$0.99 · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

Sex is part of life. It affects mood, relationships, confidence, stress, sleep, and how connected you feel — but most of us do not track it with the same care we give workouts, food, or sleep. Kairos makes intimacy tracking feel normal, private, and a little more human. Use Kairos to log desire, mood, solo time, partnered intimacy, symptoms, energy, notes, and context. Over time, those small check-ins become patterns you can actually use: what boosts desire, what gets in the way, when connection feels easier, and what your body may be trying to tell you. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK • Libido and desire over time • Solo and partnered experiences • Mood before and after intimacy • Energy, sleep, workouts, symptoms, protection, duration, and notes • Relationship connection and timing • Custom fields that fit your real life WHY IT HELPS • Notice patterns without guessing • Talk with a partner with less pressure • Understand your rhythm instead of judging it • Keep a private record of your sexual wellness • Bring better context to care conversations if you choose PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data is stored locally on your device • iCloud sync uses your private iCloud database • No third-party analytics • No ad tracking • No social feed • No selling intimate data • Permissions are requested only when needed Kairos is built for adults who want to be honest about intimacy without making it weird. Track what matters, skip what does not, and keep your private life private.

A redesigned Kairos. • Today opens on your desire: one slider from frozen to on fire, with the screen frosting or warming as you move it, and a week card with your warmest and coolest days. • New first-run setup: a first check-in, then who you log with and how much detail you want. • Log Activity is one tap away on every screen, and after you save, Kairos asks how your desire is now. • Every field in the log has its own colour, and each entry opens on a summary of the session. • A calmer, icon-led Timeline with search. • Insights opens on a plain-language overview of what moves together. Swipe between sections; scale fields get their own chart. • Partners show each person's rhythm over the last 12 weeks, and you can add your own name, colour and photo for Together. • More is laid out like iOS Settings. • Support for iPhone Duo's inner display. Fixes • Editing an entry keeps hidden fields and custom values. • Editing an entry replaces its Apple Health samples instead of duplicating them. • Check-ins from the widget or Apple Watch clear that day's reminder. • Restoring a backup saves a snapshot of your current data first. • Faster launch, and smoother scrolling in the log sheet and Insights.
