Really helpful to manage our phones and data

Patriot Mobile created an app that supposedly allows customers to manage their accounts, yet one very important feature is conspicuously missing: the ability to disconnect a phone line or cancel service.I have been trying to cancel ONE phone line for TWO MONTHS. Instead of simply allowing me to do this through the app, Patriot Mobile requires me to call customer service—and their phone support has been extremely frustrating and ineffective. If customers can add services, manage their accounts, and pay their bills electronically, they should also be able to remove a line or cancel service electronically. Making cancellation unnecessarily difficult feels intentional, and after two months of trying to accomplish something that should take a few clicks, I am extremely dissatisfied.Patriot Mobile needs to add a straightforward cancellation/disconnect option to its app and significantly improve its phone support.

I have been in love with this phone service since I switched from Verizon. Having an app is the icing on the cake! Thank you!!!!

I am relatively wto Patriot Mobile. I lime their principles and their customer service is excellent but the app requires me to sign in each time I open it to check my data usage. Most companies either allow you to stay signed in or to use facial recognition to sign you in.
