Fall asleep faster with rain, ocean waves, white noise and soothing ambient sounds. Uyku pairs 32 calming sounds with a sleep timer, sleep tracking and a dream journal, all in a calm dark interface made for bedtime.
32 Calming Sounds
Rain, thunder, ocean waves, forest, birdsong, a river and wind. White, pink and brown noise. A crackling fireplace, a café, a night train, a city at night and a ticking clock. Four categories: Nature, Noise, Ambience and Baby.
Mix Your Own Blend (Premium)
Layer up to 4 sounds and set the volume of each one. Rain over brown noise, or ocean waves with a crackling fireplace. Save your blends and return to them in one tap.
White Noise for Better Sleep
White noise masks traffic, neighbors and snoring so your brain can let go. Pink and brown noise offer a deeper, warmer texture for anyone who finds white noise too bright.
Baby Sleep Sounds
Newborns calm down to steady sounds that recall the womb. The Baby category has a vacuum cleaner and three hair dryer sounds, a go-to for many parents, and every one plays without a break.
Sleep Timer with Fade Out
Set 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes and the sound fades out gently as you drift off. With Premium, pick any duration you like.
Keeps Playing in the Background
Lock your phone or switch apps and the sound keeps going. Control it from the Lock Screen and Control Center.
Sleep Tracking and Dream Journal
Log each night with a tap and see your week at a glance. Write down your dreams before they fade, and build a sleep streak that keeps your routine on track.
Your Personal Sleep Plan
A short quiz learns your sleep habits, builds your sleep profile and reminds you when it's time for bed.
