Changes now appear on all devices within seconds. • CSV import now assigns to correct vehicle — Imported entries now correctly go to the vehicle that is selected at the time of import. • Log tab now filters by vehicle — The Log screen now shows only entries for the active vehicle, matching the vehicle shown in the top corner. • Home screen redesigned — Cleaner layout with four balanced quick-access tiles. Utilities is now a tile, replacing the separate button.

Trip Registry — Log trips by name, dates, and odometer. Tap any trip to instantly filter all reports to that period. Home Screen — New dashboard with quick access tiles and live stats: avg MPG, fuel cost, miles logged, and yearly spending. Preferences — All app settings, backup reminders, and display options now in one dedicated page. Plus bug fixes and performance improvements.

Version 3.1 Improved PDF & CSV Exports Reports now export exactly what you're looking at — the right vehicle, the right category, the right date range. Previously, export ignored your filters and included everything. The PDF report has been completely redesigned — clean layout, branded header, gold date accents, dividers between entries, and a footer with coachlogpro.com and the export date. A document you'd actually hand to a buyer or a service shop.

Version 3.0 — iCloud Sync The most-requested feature is here. Coach Log Pro now syncs automatically across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Add a fuel stop on your iPhone pulling away from the pump — it shows up on your iPad before you're back on the highway. Chrissy can log the campground on the iPad while you're unhooking — you'll see it on your phone without doing a thing. Everything syncs — your full maintenance log, all vehicles, reminders, parts lists, wallet cards, and RV contacts. All of it, automatically, through your existing iCloud account. No new logins, no setup, nothing to configure. We also fixed a long-standing issue where new events could only be logged to your primary vehicle. You can now choose which vehicle to log against directly from the Add Event screen. Your existing data migrates automatically on first launch. Nothing to do on your end.

RV Contacts. A new section in your Wallet for the people you meet on the road — fellow RVers, mobile techs, campground staff, rally friends. Name, phone, email, address, their rig, where you met, notes, and up to 4 photos. Scan a Business Card. Tap Scan Business Card when adding a contact and Coach Log Pro reads it automatically — name, phone, email, home city, and their rig populate instantly. The card photo is saved so you can always read it yourself. Photo Gallery. Add up to 4 photos to any RV contact — snap them standing by their rig, grab a group shot at dinner, whatever helps you remember them. Photos appear as thumbnails you can tap to view full screen.

Your Wallet. A new Wallet tab keeps your memberships and emergency contacts in one place — SkyMed, Good Sam, Coach-Net, or any card you carry. Add a photo, member number, expiration date, and emergency phone. Contacts and memberships are no longer tied to a specific vehicle. Flexible Documents. The Docs tab now supports unlimited custom documents. Add any card with your own title, number, expiration, and photo — not just the built-in types. Transfer Coach. Selling your coach? Generate a clean transfer file for the new owner — maintenance history, reminders, parts list, campground log — with your personal information, documents, and wallet completely stripped out. Every transfer is a head start for the next owner.

Search your invoices. Attach a photo of any service receipt and Coach Log Pro now reads it — snap a picture at the dealer and later search for "DEF filter" or a part number to find that record instantly. Works on photos, handwritten receipts, and PDFs. Your entire paper trail, searchable.
