HOW IT WORKS
Pick what you're feeling — overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, exhausted, or stuck. Then write whatever is in your head, no filter needed. Unstory asks you three or four carefully crafted questions designed to separate what you can control from what you can't. You walk away with either a clear next step or genuine permission to let it go.
Each session ends with a stoic quote matched to your emotion — not as decoration, but as a frame. Marcus Aurelius didn't have a therapist. He had philosophy.
PRESENT MOMENT
Sometimes clarity isn't about thinking more — it's about stopping entirely. The Present Moment feature guides you through a 60-second grounding exercise based on the clinically proven 5-4-3-2-1 technique. You notice three things around you, two sounds, one sensation. Then you write what you noticed.
