You know what to do. You just don't do it.
Locked In is the system that fixes that.
This isn't a meditation app. This isn't a habit tracker with checkboxes. This is a structured mental conditioning system built for people who are tired of starting strong and falling off.
LOCK YOUR PHONE. EXECUTE.
Choose a duration. Lock down distractions. Your phone becomes a tool, not a trap. 15 minutes or 2 hours — you decide. Hold to unlock if you want to quit early. Most don't.
DAILY MISSIONS
Three missions every day based on your goals and weaknesses. Complete them. Earn XP. The missions adapt to you — if your goal is discipline, your missions build discipline. If your weakness is scrolling, your missions attack that.
STREAK SYSTEM
Show up every day and rank up: Recruit → Soldier → Vet → OG → Elite → Rare → Legend → Goat → Locked In. Miss one day and it resets. 365 days to reach the top. Most won't make it.
Squads
Create a squad. Invite your friends. Compete on a weekly leaderboard. Every focus session, mission, and streak day earns your squad points. See who's actually locked in and who's just talking.
90-DAY PROGRAM
A structured mental conditioning program that builds discipline, emotional control, and execution consistency. Daily sessions with phases designed to rewire how you operate.
WEEKLY REPORTS
Every Sunday, see your grade. Focus minutes, streak, commitment percentage, missions completed. No hiding from the numbers.
Built for the generation that has everything but focus.
