Unscroll: Earn Screen Time
Time's Up? Earn It Back.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Unscroll turns your screen time into something you actually earn. Instead of mindlessly scrolling, you complete quick physical challenges — push-ups, squats, jumping jacks — to unlock time on the apps you love.
Set which apps get blocked. Choose your exercises. Every rep you complete earns you minutes back. It's that simple.
**How It Works**
• Pick the apps you want to limit
• Complete real exercises tracked by your camera
• Earn Unlocked Time for every set you finish
• Use your earned minutes however you want
**Features**
• AI-powered pose detection counts your reps automatically
• Daily quests and challenges keep you motivated
• XP system, streaks, and badges reward consistency
• Compete with friends on leaderboards
• Gratitude journaling for a mindful reset
• Live Activities show your session progress in real time
**Your Screen Time, Your Rules**
Unscroll uses Apple's Screen Time APIs so your app usage data never leaves your device. We don't track which apps you use or for how long — everything stays private.
**Unscroll Premium**
