Define your goal first, then execute with clear rules:
- Only one active contract at a time to keep focus.
- Flexible cadence: every N days or selected weekdays.
- Configurable missed check-in threshold as your constraint boundary.
Each day, complete what you promised and check in.
If total misses reach the threshold, the current contract ends and a 10-day cool-down starts. After the cool-down, you can start a new round.
After finishing a contract, you confirm the archive before opening the next one.
The app uses calm, clear, actionable feedback to help turn promises into stable long-term habits.
