Promise Keeper
Habit tracker & accountability
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Lock in a video promise to yourself and face it later. No excuses. Just truth. Build discipline, consistency, and self-respect one promise at a time.
Promise Keeper helps you keep your word — especially when you don’t feel like it.
Every time you say: “I’ll wake up early.” “I’ll stop procrastinating.” “I’ll train.” “I’ll focus.” …you’re making a promise.
Breaking promises doesn’t just cost time. It costs self respect.
Promise Keeper is built around a simple idea: Self trust is earned. One kept promise at a time.
Your promise system
Create a promise in seconds
Set the schedule (daily / weekly / days per week / custom)
Get reminders that fit your routine
Mark it as kept and build a streak
See your proof stack up over time
Designed for real accountability Promise Keeper is not a hype machine. It’s a system. When you miss a promise, you don’t “fail.” You review what happened, adjust, and recommit.
Built for focus
Clean daily view: only what matters today
Progress and streak insights that are easy to read
A history you can’t talk your way around
Who it’s for
People who are tired of motivational swings
People who want discipline without complexity
Anyone rebuilding consistency after falling off
You can’t build a life on broken promises. Start keeping them.
