Kid Strength is the first app that gives young athletes ages 8–14 a real, periodized training program- the same science used by college and pro coaches, scaled for growing bodies.
WHAT MAKES KID STRENGTH DIFFERENT
Most "kids fitness" apps offer cartoon workouts or random exercises. Kid Strength delivers structured, progressive programming across five sport-specific tracks:
- Strength & Power — Squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight. Sets, reps, and intensity progress week over week.
- Speed & Agility — Ladder drills, cone work, sprint mechanics, and change-of-direction training to build game speed.
- Vertical Jump — Plyometrics, depth jumps, and explosive movements designed to add inches to your athlete's vertical.
- Baseball — Arm care with J-Band routines, rotational power, and baseball-specific conditioning.
- Football — Combine-style training with 40-yard dash prep, shuttle drills, and position-specific power work.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Create your family team and add your athletes.
2. Select your available equipment — barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo box, pull-up bar, or bodyweight only.
3. Kid Strength generates a full training plan tailored to your gear and schedule.
The default schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Friday for lifting and Tuesday/Thursday for speed and agility — but you can fully customize which days and training types fit your family's routine.
