Why rereading fails, and how the loop works
Rereading feels productive because the page looks familiar. Retrieval is harder, and that is the point. After you upload, Lurnex writes questions from your file. You answer without peeking, then read why an item was marked right or wrong. Items you miss come back later through spaced repetition; items you already know wait longer. A quiz is a scored pass through a chapter. Cards are one prompt at a time. Use both on the same source: a quiz to find holes, then cards to close them. You can start with one document—a lecture PDF, a notes export, or a chapter already on your phone.
