AllHere Coach

Team Travel Tracker

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Your team is 15 cars deep on I-69, heading to a tournament two hours away. One family missed the exit. Another is running 20 minutes late. You have no idea who's arrived and who's still on the road. AllHere Coach fixes that. Create a trip, set the destination, and your team sees everyone on a real-time map. You get a push notification as each family arrives. When the last car pulls in, you get the one alert that matters: "All Here, Coach." HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your team and invite parents with a simple code 2. Start a trip — set the destination and everyone gets notified 3. Watch your team travel on a live map with arrival alerts 4. Get "All Here, Coach!" when every family has arrived 5. Tracking stops automatically — no lingering location sharing BUILT FOR COACHES - Real-time map showing every family's location during travel - Push notification for each arrival - "All Here, Coach!" alert when the whole team is accounted for - Carpool tracking — assign riders to drivers, arrivals cascade automatically - Multi-stop trips for tournament weekends - Assistant coaches to help manage the team BUILT FOR PARENTS - Join your team with one code — takes 30 seconds - See where everyone is on the map during travel - Set status updates (running late, stuck in traffic) - Team chat to coordinate on the go PRIVACY FIRST - Location sharing is temporary — only during active trips - Tracking stops automatically at arrival or trip end time - All GPS data is deleted within 24 hours - Age verification required (13+) - No ads. No data selling. Ever. Whether it's travel ball, club soccer, swim meets, or any team that travels — AllHere Coach gives you peace of mind on the road.

Fresh look. The app now wears a dark athletic theme with neon green accents — easier on your eyes at the field, easier to read under stadium lights. Everything else works exactly as before.
