Build a daily care habit with streaks, log medications right from your reminders, and get clearer answers from a redesigned AI chat. All in one app. We built this because we needed it for our son. For a long time, Anita and I were the only continuous record of his care. When a specialist asked which tests he'd already had, I honestly didn't know. Some were in MyChart, some in a folder, some in a year-old email. We ordered several again. Nobody hands you a system for this. Anita is an engineer, so she built one, and we ran it on our son's records for three months before letting another family near it. This isn't a startup idea we found. It's the thing we couldn't find. ONE TIMELINE FOR EVERYTHING Notes, labs, documents, photos, videos, voice notes. One private diary you control. Search it, filter it, export it to Excel anytime. LOG IT WHEN IT HAPPENS Doses, symptoms, sleep, mood, feeds. Hold the button and say it out loud. About twenty seconds. Because the nights you most need to log are the ones with one hand free. REMINDERS THAT BECOME THE RECORD Set a reminder once for anything on a schedule. One tap logs it. No forms. SAGE, AND WHERE IT GETS ITS ANSWERS Ask in plain language: what did the neurologist say about the MRI? Sage answers only from your child's record and names every source. If it can't show you where an answer came from, it won't answer. It also builds a three-page brief before each appointment: recent symptoms, current medications, what's changed, and your questions. Three pages instead of your memory. BUILT FOR REAL CARE TEAMS Import your hospital portal records and Apple Health data, so you start with what already exists. Invite a partner, grandparent, aide, or clinician. Each sees only what you allow, and caregiver entries don't join the timeline until you approve them. Share records that expire (two hours to seven days) and revoke anytime. An offline emergency card holds conditions, meds, allergies, and contacts, for the moments you won't be composed enough to remember them. WHAT SAGE WILL NOT DO It won't diagnose your child, or tell you to start, stop, or change a dose. It won't guess when your record is thin. It will say so. Insurance appeals and IEP documents aren't built yet. We'd rather tell you that now. YOUR DATA Encrypted in transit and at rest, on US infrastructure, with providers under Business Associate Agreements that never train on your data. Nothing goes to Sage until you've seen exactly what's sent and switched it on, and you can switch it off. Mask sensitive fields, lock it behind Face ID, download everything as one file, anytime. We don't want your child's data. We want your child's record to be useful to you. If something's missing or broken, write to us. We read every message. Built for one child. Yours. Basanta & Anita

This update makes it easier to track daily care, stay on top of reminders, and keep your health information accurate. New Daily Streak: Today now shows a logging streak that celebrates your consistency. It replaces the Weekly Summary. Reorganized Today screen: Your streak comes first, then the latest clinical updates, then the mood check-in. A short hint on first sign-up shows that you can drag cards to rearrange them. Quick logging from reminders: Log medications straight from your Diary reminders, and use the new time-based Log button to record entries for the right part of the day. Redesigned AI Chat: Responses are now organized into clear, easy-to-scan cards. Sleep and naps together: The Health Summary on Today now includes both nighttime sleep and naps. Age-appropriate cards: Milestone and Preventive Care cards now match your child's age group. Improvements A refreshed Living Diary layout for Today's Reminders and Today's Logs. Connecting Apple Health now takes fewer steps, and its visuals are clearer. On first sign-up, the Apple Health prompt now waits until the product tour is finished. Opening an appointment from Today's Reminders now goes straight to the Appointments tab in Care Hub. Fixes Medication, supplement, and vitamin reminders now send notifications at the times you set. Turning notifications off now works reliably. Refreshing your notifications no longer clears them. Editing the Emergency Card works again. The Summarize button for images works again. Address search works again in the Your Details step during onboarding. Fixed an issue where Add Task stopped working, and earlier reminder logs disappeared, after you logged a medication, supplement, or vitamin. Fixed a sync error when connecting Apple Health. Medication start dates now match the date shown in the Living Diary. Thank you for using CareGene. We'd love your feedback, which you can send from Settings at any time.
