New: take on a challenge with a friend. Send one link, see when they're done, and celebrate together. And a 1-minute quiz builds a plan that fits your day.
One small brave thing a day. Boldly gives you a daily challenge that pulls you off autopilot and out of your comfort zone.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Answer 3 quick questions: what you want more of, what holds you back, how much time you have.
2. Get a plan that fits your day and one challenge at the time you choose.
3. Do it, snap a photo, note how it felt. Watch your story grow.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Today's Pick — one challenge a day, picked for your mode
• Challenges for every vibe: Social, Adventure, Creative, Presence, Bold, Spontaneous
• Clear steps and an estimated time for every challenge
• Capture the moment — photo, feeling and notes after each yes
• Your Retro — your week or month as a collage and a shareable video (Boldly Pro)
• Streaks and stats that show you're actually showing up
• One reminder a day, at your time. Nothing else.
BETTER WITH A FRIEND
Invite a friend to the same challenge with one link. You each see whether the other has done it, and you celebrate when you both finish. Your friend only sees your name and done / not done. Your photo stays private unless you choose to share it.
BOLDLY PRO
Today's challenge, duos, photos and your history are free. Boldly Pro unlocks your Retro and unlimited Explore (the free plan gets 3 new Explore challenges a day). Yearly with a 7-day free trial, or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
Small enough to start today. Meaningful enough to remember.
Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
