DoomGuard: Stop Doomscrolling

Screen Time Limit & Focus

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Your DoomTime, now on your Home Screen. The new widget shows your day at a glance: small or wide, in your persona's colour. No need to open a thing! You open THAT APP for a second. Forty minutes later, you're still there. DoomGuard is the screen time app that catches you mid-scroll — not before, not after, but while a quick check is turning into a spiral. Like a friend who says "hey, you're doing it again" at exactly the right moment. No hard blocks. No app bans. Just a nudge, in a voice you actually picked. YOUR RHYTHM, YOUR RULES Forget "45 minutes a day." Open your apps as often as you like — DoomGuard nudges you by frequency, not a daily cap. Every reopen counts on its own, so the 15th check of the day gets caught too. iOS Screen Time just adds up your whole day and pings you once. We watch the session you're actually in. CHOOSE YOUR PERSONA Pick the voice that gets through to you. Standard stays steady and clear. Roast calls you out. Cyberpunk glitches you back to reality. Zen brings you back to center. YOUR SCHEDULE, YOUR APPS Go Premium for stricter evenings and lighter weekends. Guard unlimited apps, set Morning / Afternoon / Evening windows, split weekdays from weekends, and see detailed session insights. TAKE A REAL BREAK Put your phone down for 10 minutes and we treat your next scroll as a fresh start — no instant nudge. We call it Rollover. We're not punishing you for stepping away. DoomGuard is for self-aware people who use social media for work, inspiration, and connection — but know when it's tipping into a doomscrolling spiral.
