Now you can browse by Theme — Lucky Girl, Divine Feminine, Villain Era and more — not just by category. Plus new collections for the hard nights: Overthinking, Loneliness, and Heartbreak, each written to sound human. And a cleaner, better-aligned Browse screen.

What's new • Listen keeps playing when your screen is locked — with play/pause and skip on the Lock Screen and AirPods. • Download your affirmations for offline listening. • Sleep timer, made simpler: tap the number to type any length from 1 minute up, then tap anywhere to save. • Gentler, more encouraging reminder notifications. • Copy refinements across the app and a round of bug fixes.

Make it yours — write your own affirmation and hear it spoken back in the same voice that guides you. A calmer Sleep — a slower, softer voice to help you drift off, with your favorite background sound now just a tap away on the sleep screen and a gentle countdown so you always know how long is left. Plus polish and fixes throughout for a smoother, quieter experience. That's the version I'd ship — warm, benefit-led, and it reads well in the App Store's preview. Paste it into the "What's New in This Version" field for build 7. If you want a shorter one-liner instead (some people prefer minimal notes), use: A calmer Sleep mode with a slower voice and one-tap background sounds, an easier way to write your own affirmations, and polish throughout.
