Version 1.5 — Major Update - Home Screen & Lock Screen Widgets Three new widgets bring your leadership metrics to your home screen. Discipline Score shows your grade and pillar breakdown. Cadence Today tracks your daily and weekly routines with a live completion ring. Quick Stats surfaces open escalations, gemba walks, and active projects at a glance. All widgets are available in every size — Small, Medium, Large, and Lock Screen. StandBy mode is supported. - Apple Watch Complications All three widgets are now available as Apple Watch complications. Circular, rectangular, corner, and inline families are all supported so your discipline grade and cadence progress are always on your wrist, no matter which watch face you use. - Web App — Access Everywhere Leader Standard OS is now available in your browser at leaderstandardos.com. Full real-time sync with the iOS app means your data is live on every device — iPhone, iPad, Mac, and any web browser. All core modules are included: Cadence, Gemba, Tracker, Coaching, and Reports with PDF and Excel export. - Streak Celebrations Completing routines consistently now earns you a full-screen milestone celebration at 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, and 90 consecutive days. Each milestone has its own message and animation. - Guided Onboarding for New Users New accounts are walked through a personalized three-step setup: choose your leadership role, select a starter routine pack (Essential, Standard, or Full System), and configure your work schedule. Your first routines are created automatically so you can start tracking on day one. - Automatic Cadence Refresh Daily routines now uncheck automatically at midnight — even while the app is open.
