To turn off your alarm, you must physically get up and scan an NFC tag placed anywhere in your home — your bathroom, your prayer mat, your kitchen. No scan, no silence.
HOW IT WORKS
• Set your Fajr alarm (or any alarm) in the app
• Place your NFC tag somewhere that requires you to get out of bed
• When the alarm rings, scan the tag to dismiss it
• One-time snooze available — but only once, and it only delays by 5 minutes

Fajr Buddy collects zero data. No account needed. No internet connection required. All alarm times and settings are stored locally on your device only. Your NFC tag ID never leaves your phone.

Custom Prayer Time Calculation
Dial in accurate prayer times for your location. Choose from 12
calculation methods (Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Karachi,
Egyptian, and more), pick your madhab (Hanafi or Shafi) for Asr, and
set a high-latitude rule for northern regions.
Force Full Alarm Volume
Never sleep through Fajr again. The alarm now overrides your phone's
volume to make sure it rings loud and clear when it's time to wake up.
